2. Scope of Potential Collaboration

Engagements within the logistics and supply chain domain may involve supporting clients with:

End-to-end logistics strategy, network design, and operational optimization
Route planning, fleet utilization, and distribution efficiency initiatives
Supply chain visibility, traceability, and control-tower design
Integration of AI, analytics, and automation into planning and execution workflows
Sustainability, emissions reduction, and responsible sourcing programs
Change enablement across operations, planning, and frontline teams

Assignments may be short-term advisory, project-based delivery, or longer-horizon transformation initiatives depending on client needs and alignment.
